This Privacy Notice describes how DATACLOUD and its affliates and subsidiaries (“DATACLOUD”, “POWERDRILL”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collect, store, use, disclose, and transfer your personal information in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable laws, in the course of our business through our website, Widget, and API as defined below (collectively, the “Service”). DATACLOUD operates the Service. Your can access and use the Service only on the condition that you agree to our Terms of Service. The Terms of Use include the terms of the Privacy Notice set forth below. Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of this Notice for collecting and using your information. Any terms used within this Notice retain the meaning as defined in our Terms of Service unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We try every effort to ensure the security of your information. We do not share your information with third parties unless:- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
- For the purpose of including the logo of your company on our Website.
- When you instruct us to do so.
- With our affiliates, subsidiaries, and employees, in which case the information will be processed as otherwise described in this Privacy Notice.

Our Notice on “Do Not Track” Signals:

The Company strictly follows the regulations and laws of Japan, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. The Company has primary accountability for managing Personal Data that is used jointly with third parties or affiliates.
