This Privacy Notice describes how DATACLOUD and its affliates and subsidiaries (“DATACLOUD”, “POWERDRILL”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collect, store, use, disclose, and transfer your personal information in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable laws, in the course of our business through our website, Widget, and API as defined below (collectively, the “Service”). DATACLOUD operates the Service. Your can access and use the Service only on the condition that you agree to our Terms of Service. The Terms of Use include the terms of the Privacy Notice set forth below. Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of this Notice for collecting and using your information. Any terms used within this Notice retain the meaning as defined in our Terms of Service unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We will inform you of the type of personal information we collect and the reason why we need it at the point we ask you for it during your usage of the Website or the Service, including when you sign up to the Service and create an account through our Website. We will not collect any information without your consent no matter if it is compulsory or may be provided on a voluntary basis.

We try every effort to ensure the security of your information. We do not share your information with third parties unless:
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
- For the purpose of including the logo of your company on our Website.
- When you instruct us to do so.
- With our affiliates, subsidiaries, and employees, in which case the information will be processed as otherwise described in this Privacy Notice.
- To comply with legal requirements and respond to lawful requests and processes, protect our property and that of our agents, customers, members, and others (including enforcing our agreements, policies, and Terms of Service), or protect personal safety in emergency situations.
- With third-party vendors who work for us to provide services such as billing, payment card processing, and sales and marketing, as long as they abide confidentiality obligations and the requirement that those service providers do not sell your personal information.

6. International data transfers
In compliance with the applicable laws, we may transfer your information, including Personal Data, to countries other than your country of residence in some cases. Particularly, we may transfer your Personal Data to other countries where our affiliates, business partners, and service providers are located. 7. How we retain your information
We will retain your Personal Data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this Notice. To adhere to our legal obligations (such as when required to retain data in compliance with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce legal agreements and policies, we will retain and continue to use your Personal Data where necessary. Your consented Personal Data will be stored for as long as the particular consent is active and until any relevant claims pertaining to the Service have expired. For internal analysis purposes, we will retain your Usage Data often in shorter periods of time. We may retain your Usage Data for longer periods of time when the data is used to strengthen security, improve the functionality of our Service, or by legal obligations.
8. Security of your information
The security of your information is of utmost significance to us, please note that there is no guarantee of complete security when transmitting data via the internet or storing data electronically. Therefore, we have implemented reasonable administrative, technical, and physical protections to prevent accidental, illegal, or unauthorized loss, destruction, alteration, access, disclosure, or utilization of the Personal Data you provide. 9. Your data protection rights under CalOPPA
California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) is the first state law in the United States to require commercial websites and online services to provide privacy notices. CalOPPA applies not only to California but to any person or company in the country (or possibly world) that operates websites and collects personally identifiable information from California consumers. These entities are required to post a visible privacy notice on their websites stating the information being collected and with whom it is being shared, and to adhere to this notice. According to CalOPPA, we agree with the following:
- Users can visit our site anonymously.
- Our Privacy Notice link includes the word “Privacy”, and can easily be found on the page specified above on the home page of our Website.
- Users will be notified of updates on our Privacy Notice page.
- Users are able to change their personal information by emailing us at service@powerdrill.ai.
Our Notice on “Do Not Track” Signals:
We adhere to “Do Not Track” requests by refraining from tracking, cookie planting, or advertising when a “Do Not Track” browser mechanism is active. “Do Not Track” is a setting available in web browsers that allows users to communicate their preference for not being tracked by websites. You can access the “Preferences” or “Settings” page in your browser and then choose to enable or disable the “Do Not Track” feature.
10. Service providers
We may cooperate with third-party companies and individuals (“Service Providers”) to facilitate our Service, provide Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used. If we offer paid products or services within our Service, we will use third-party services to process payments. Your payment card information will not be stored or collected by us. This information will be directly provided to our third-party payment processors, and their handling of your Personal Data is governed by their Privacy Notices. The payment processors we work with abide by the standards established by PCI-DSS, which is a collective effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. 12. Links to other sites
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. 13. Children’s privacy
Our Service is not intended for minors under the age of 16 or as defined by applicable laws (“Children”). We will not purposefully gather personally identifiable information from Children. If you are a parent or guardian and have reason to believe that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so that we can take appropriate measures. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from children without first verifying parental consent, we will take the necessary measures to delete that information from our servers.

16. Privacy notice addendums
16.1 Addendum to privacy notice for Canada
The Personal Data that our affiliates and third-party service providers maintain and process may be disclosed if requested through a legal access request by local courts or government authorities. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. If you want to learn more about our privacy practices, update or correct inaccuracies in your personal information, or raise questions or grievances about the manner in which we or our service providers handle your Personal Data, please use the contact information provided in the “Contact us” section.
16.2 Addendum to privacy notice for Mexico
To the extent Mexican privacy laws or regulations apply, the following additional Mexico-specific provisions apply and shall prevail over conflicting provisions in the Privacy Notice.
How we use your information
In addition, we may use your Personal Data for the other purposes listed in the “How we use your information” section of the Notice, which may be considered secondary purposes under Mexican law. We do not use or disclose personal payment or financial information unless required for processing payments or when there is another legal basis. If you want to revoke your consent for us to process your Personal Data, please contact us using the information provided in the “Contact us” section of the Privacy Notice. Be aware that if you withdraw your consent for us to handle your Personal Data for primary purposes like those listed above, we may be unable to provide certain services, yet may still perform specific processing that is legally permitted. Furthermore, the Company may use data and data analysis in different products and services.
How we share your information
We may share your Personal Data as provided in the Privacy Notice, but to the extent permitted by law, you may withdraw your consent to this sharing by emailing us at service@powerdrill.ai. Moreover, we may share the relevant information we collect with our clients, associates, affiliates, and joint marketing partners, collectively called “Business Partners”. They may use the data for the objectives outlined in this Privacy Notice. We may also share the information with our Business Partners and other third parties for warranty, troubleshooting, or maintenance purposes, or for improving the design and performance of their products and services.
Requests for access, correction, cancellation, objection, or consent withdrawal
In addition to any rights granted in the Privacy Notice, you can email us at service@powerdrill.ai to request us for accessing, correcting, deleting, and objecting to the processing of your Personal Data, as well as withdrawing your consent within 20 business days from the date we receive your complete request or as provided by law. To enable us to process your request, please submit a complete request that contains your complete name and contact information, as well as a specific description of your request.
16.3 Addendum to privacy notice for Japan
The Company strictly follows the regulations and laws of Japan, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. The Company has primary accountability for managing Personal Data that is used jointly with third parties or affiliates. We will never give your information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
16.4 Addendum to privacy notice for Republic of Korea
Unless otherwise required by law, consumer Personal Data will be safely removed without delay when:
- The consumer withdraws their consent for our use of their information.
- The purpose of collecting and using the Personal Data has been achieved.
- The legal retention period has lapsed.
If applicable law requires the preservation of Personal Data that otherwise would be disposed of, the Personal Data is transferred to a separate database and then terminated after the specific determined period. Personal Data will be disposed of by an appropriate approach that adequately prevents it from being restored or reused. We will not provide your Personal Data to third parties in violation of law (such as without your consent, where consent is required). For the purposes stated in the Privacy Notice, the Company or our affiliates are responsible for the handling of Personal Data with respect to services provided in Republic of Korea.
